Last Updated: October 25, 2025

Welcome to Projectsmate. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Service. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Registration:

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account for your organization. The "Admin Architect" is responsible for all activity that occurs under their organization's account.

Acceptable Use:

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to upload any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.

Content Ownership:

You retain full ownership of all the project data, documents, and other content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to access and use Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

2. The Service

User Roles:

Projectsmate provides distinct interfaces for Admin Architects, Architect Team Members, Contractors, and Clients. The Admin Architect is responsible for managing permissions and access for all other users associated with their projects.

Features:

The Service includes tools for project creation, financial management, milestone tracking, document storage, quality control, and communication between all project stakeholders.

3. Subscription and Billing

Plans:

We offer various subscription plans ("Plans"). The features and limits of each plan are detailed on our pricing page.

Billing:

By selecting a paid Plan, you agree to pay the specified fees. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable.

Plan Changes:

As a system administrator, we reserve the right to modify a user's plan as required. You, as the Admin Architect, can also manage your plan through your account settings.

4. Termination

By You:

You can terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

By Us:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are in breach of these Terms, such as for non-payment. Disabling an account is a temporary suspension that revokes access but preserves all data.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Projectsmate makes no warranties, either express or implied, about the Service. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
